What licensing model is best for you?
It depends on your requirements, the frequency of conducting exams, and volumes (the number of test attempts). Certain discounts are offered if you need our services only for a specific period. If you are conducting exams throughout the year, getting an annual license is best, which is also subject to volume discounts.
What legal documentation is signed?
Service-level agreement (SLA) and end-user license agreement (EULA).
What is an active user?
One active user can log into the application an unlimited number of times and run an unlimited number of tests within one month.
  • A user who logs into the application at least once a month is considered one active user.
  • A user can log in to the application 100 times but is still considered one active user.
How to purchase YouTestMe GetCertified?

After you decide on your preferred edition, the YouTestMe team sends you contracts and invoices and delivers the application as soon as you revert the signed contract. This process takes up to 5 business days.
What is a test attempt?
One test attempt represents one user starting a test once. When a user retakes a single test several times, each time is considered an additional test attempt.
What if I go over my active user or test attempt count?
In that case, we offer two options: you can pay an overage per additional user or test attempt (according to your license model) or switch to the next tier.
How many tests can an active user take per month?
One active user can take an unlimited number of tests per month.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we can set up your free personal 30-day free trial of the application. A trial can subsequently be extended if you need more time to explore the application. You may request a free trial here.

Can I change plans?
