YouTestMe Offboarding Procedure

At YouTestMe, we prioritize delivering exceptional service while ensuring our clients have complete freedom and security. We’re committed to transparent and secure offboarding processes, ensuring no vendor lock-in. Your control over operations remains paramount, allowing for a seamless transition without any ties to our services. We focus on your freedom of choice, providing security and transparency throughout, whether you stay with us or decide on a different path.

Contractual and Legal Considerations #

Before Agreement finalization, we engage in consultations with our clients. These sessions cover various aspects, including establishing precise conditions governing potential agreement termination. This proactive method ensures active participation from both parties in delineating termination terms and procedures. We aim to cultivate transparency and fairness, nurturing mutual comprehension and consensus regarding terminating the contract right from the start.

License and Subscription Management #

For subscription termination, a simple email notification to your Point of Contact (POC) is sufficient to halt invoicing for upcoming periods. The YouTestMe team will send an email confirming the subscription cancellation.

Data Ownership and Retrieval #

We ensure clients retain complete ownership of their data stored within the YouTestMe platform, even after the canceled subscription. As part of our commitment, our YTM team assists in exporting all client data, empowering clients with continued access to their information.

Clear, step-by-step instructions and user-friendly tools are provided to clients for exporting their data in a standardized format (PDF, XLS). This process enables seamless retrieval and compatibility with various systems or platforms, reinforcing client control over their valuable information.

Technical Support and Transition Assistance #

Each table within the application offers options for exporting data in both Excel and PDF formats. This includes user information, questions, tests, results, other reports, and statistics.

YouTestMe collaborates with the client to ensure that the standard data export meets their requirements. If there is a need for additional data export in a specific format, YouTestMe provides a service for exporting data in that particular format. Once the client confirms the receipt of all necessary data, the YTM team takes the following steps:

  • Shuts down the instance
  • Deletes all client data from its servers and backups
  • Sends a notification to the client confirming the deletion of all data and the instance shutdown
