Accessing question pool #
To access the question pool:
- Click the “Tests” option in the left side menu.
- Select the “Question pools” tab.
- Select the desired pool.
View all versions of questions #
To view all versions of the questions:
- Navigate to the “Questions” tab
- Click the three dots icon for the desired questions
- Select “View all versions”
The following features are available for all versions:
- Active Version: Easily identify the currently active version
- Track who made changes, along with the timestamp and any associated comments
Reverting changes #
You have the ability to preview each question and, if desired, revert any changes made by someone else. Follow these steps to revert a change:
- Click on the three dots icon and select “View” to access the question preview
- Click the “Update to this version” button to revert the question to its previous state
