This article explains the purpose of each test access link available for candidates and guest users.
LINK TYPE | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Guest Link | The Guest Link allows users to take a test without requiring a login. Once the test is completed, their record is automatically deleted. This feature is ideal for anonymous practice tests and getting familiar with the test-taking process. |
Direct Access Link | The Direct Access Link provides candidates with direct entry to a specific testing session. Candidates can either self-enroll or be manually assigned before the link is shared. Upon accessing this link, candidates will be redirected to the login page to proceed with the test. |
Direct Registration Link | Candidates accessing the Direct Registration Link will be redirected to the registration page. To generate this link successfully, the following conditions must be met:
– A testing session must be available. – The session should allow candidates to self-enroll. – Instant self-registration must be enabled in the system settings. Once registered, candidates will be redirected to the assignments page, where they can begin the test. |
SSO Test Link | The SSO Test Link enables candidates to start a test using the OpenID Connect configuration. This link remains the same for all candidates, but login via SSO is required to access the test. |
Direct Testing Links | The Direct Testing Links are perfect for inclusion in email templates, providing a seamless way to start tests. Each candidate receives a unique link, with automatic login and test initiation. |
